Heralded as Cape Cod's oldest golf course—perhaps its most scenic—the Highland Links in North Truro is one of America's golf treasures. Perched high along a windswept bluff overlooking the Atlantic, it's graced by a towering vintage Cape Cod Light. The course was laid out in 1892, and given its seaside position it has many characteristics of a genuine links course: deep natural rough, Scotch broom, exposed heathland, non-irrigated and treeless fairways, and spectacular ocean views.
We also invite you to view our
New England Scenics. There's nothing quite like a day out admiring the
Autumn Foliage, studying the region's
Colonial Architecture, discovering America's oldest family-owned farm
Tuttle's Red Barn, touring the area's many
Historic sites, or spending an evening at a
County Fair—especially if one is a dedicated member of
Red Sox Nation.
