Set along the south shore of beautiful Lake Tahoe, Edgewood Tahoe is arguably one of the most scenic golf courses in the world. Designed by George Fazio and opened in 1968, it has four sets of tees and plays from 5567 to 7445 yards. Edgewood Tahoe has played host to a variety of major golf events. In 1980, the U.S.G.A. held its 55th US Public Links Championship on the course, and returned in 1985 for the U.S. Senior Open Championship. Most recently, Edgewood has been the annual home of the Celebrity Golf Championship seen on television.
