
Chih-Hsien Chiang (born 21 February 1988; Taitung, Taiwan) is a former infielder converted to an outfielder with the
Boston Red Sox. Chiang made his professional debut in the organization with the Gulf Coast Red Sox in 2006, a season in which he also played for the Lowell Spinners in the New York-Penn League. Chih-Hsien Chiang progressed steadily, playing for Greenville (2007), Lancaster (2008), and Salem (2009) before arriving in Portland (2010). Chih-Hsien Chiang has also played for the Chinese Taipei baseball team, appearing in the 2008 Olympic Games and the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
